Tsunami relief:

Since December 26^th, 2004, St. Andrew’s has been active in tsunami relief and reconstruction, assisting a number of communities in different parts of the island but focussing on the village of Mawella near Tangalle.

Our involvement there is four-fold:

• water supply,

• education,

• housing and

• fishing.
